Helping Wildlife. Supporting Nature.

Dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife while supporting our rural communities across Queensland.

About Us

Founded in 2005, Gympie Wildlife Rescue Inc. is a small, community-focused charity based in Gympie, Queensland. We are entirely volunteer-run and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of both wildlife and people.

Our mission extends beyond wildlife rescue – we actively support rural communities, families, veterans, and the elderly. Our passionate team focuses on emergency wildlife rescue and providing critical veterinary aid when animals need it most.

Every day, our volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that injured and orphaned wildlife receive the care they deserve, while also lending a helping hand to those in our community who need support.
